What to Expect at Puppy Yoga Gold Coast

• Yoga duration (optional): 30 minutes of light, guided yoga.
• Cuddle & play time: 30 minutes of relaxed interaction with puppies
• Children welcome:

- Ages 8–12 must be accompanied by an adult participant

- Ages 13+ may join independently

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session.
