• Yoga duration: 30 minutes of light, guided yoga
• Cuddle time: 30 minutes of relaxed interaction with puppies
• Small group: Limited to 15 participants for an intimate experience
• Children welcome: ages 6–12 must be accompanied by an adult participant & ages 13+ may join independently

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session.
