Puppy Yoga – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Share
🐶 Where do the puppies come from?
We collaborate closely with local breeders and rescues to provide puppies for a few hours of play and socialisation, after which they return to their loving homes.
🐾 Is Puppy Yoga ethical?
Yes! Our model is designed to be ethical and beneficial for the puppies. Sessions are short, supervised, and designed to support socialisation, helping the puppies become confident in a caring environment. We work only with trusted breeders who prioritise animal welfare.
🧘 Can anyone participate in Puppy Yoga?
Absolutely! Puppy Yoga is beginner-friendly and open to everyone from 8 to 13 years old when accompanied by an adult — no yoga experience needed. Whether you're new to yoga or just coming for the puppy cuddles, you're more than welcome!
🤔 Do I have to do the yoga part?
Not at all! While our sessions include light, guided yoga, you’re free to just sit, stretch, relax – or spend the whole time cuddling puppies. It’s all about feeling good and having fun.
🤰 Can pregnant women join Puppy Yoga?
Yes, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating. Our yoga movements are gentle and completely optional.
📅 How do I book a Puppy Yoga session?
It’s easy! Simply visit our Booking page, choose your preferred weekend session, and follow the steps to reserve your spot or redeem a gift card. Our events fill up quickly, so early booking is recommended.
⏱️ How long does a Puppy Yoga session?
Each session is around 1 hour, including both the yoga practice and plenty of time to interact and cuddle with the puppies.
👥 How many people are in each class?
To keep the experience intimate we limit class sizes between 12-15 participants per session.
🐾 Are the puppies adoptable?
Most of the puppies featured in our sessions are already reserved or adopted, but occasionally some are available. If you're interested, we’d be happy to connect you with the breeder after the session.
